Bio About

Yvonne has always seen learning and development as the key to growth—both at the individual level and in enhancing performance within organizations. She believes that the ability to communicate effectively through speaking and writing is an essential skill that builds confidence, fosters collaboration, and enables meaningful connections in both personal and professional settings. Her passion for the English language and public speaking led her to complete the CELTA at the British Council  and also achieved a Certificate in Oral Communication with Distinction from the London College of Music. 

In June 2023, Yvonne joined DAS as an Educational Therapist, where she found the right platform to pursue her goal - supporting children with special needs in literacy. She conducts literacy interventions for students with dyslexia and other specific learning differences under the Main Literacy Programme (MLP). Yvonne strives to empower her students to overcome challenges, build confidence, and develop essential skills that will serve them well throughout their academic journeys and adult lives.
