Bio About
Vivien holds a Master of Science in Psychology of Child and Adolescent Development and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. Since graduating in 2016, she has worked in various settings, including inclusive preschools, early intervention programmes, and private intervention therapy centres.
Vivien strives to uphold high standards in her practice. She is trained in Lindamood-Bell's On Cloud Nine (Visualising and Verbalising for Math), which she integrates into her sessions to support students' numeracy development.
Vivien has primarily worked with younger learners to build strong foundations in literacy and numeracy, and supported primary school level students with mathematics. However, she is not limited to these age groups and is committed to continuously upgrading her skills to serve a broader range of students.
To stay current and improve her practice, Vivien regularly attends workshops. Some of the workshops she has attended include:
Play Therapy Approaches in Working with Children and Families with Attachment Theories by Hannah Sun-Reid
Understanding Vision, Visual Perception & Visual Motor Skills for the Classroom and Clinic by Dr. Peter Giroux
