Bio About
Isaac Tan is the Principal Therapist at TOUCH Therapy Hub, a service under TOUCH Community Services, that caters to individuals with learning and developmental challenges. He holds a Master of Education (SPED), an Associateship (SEN) of College of Teachers (UK) and a Diploma in Child Psychology. He is a Licentiate of Institute for Neuro-Physiological Psychology (INPP) and a Consultant of Blomberg Rhythmic Movement Training (BRMT).
Trained in the assessment and remediation of learning difficulties, Isaac specialises in helping children with ADHD, Dyslexia, autism and other learning challenges. He provides intervention for children and training for parents and educators. He has also served as an adjunct lecturer in Special Education at the College of Allied Educators.
Isaac’s research interest is in using movement and reflex integration to enhance the learning abilities of children. He co-authored a research paper “Effectiveness of a multimodal intervention using movement, mental exercise and dietary approaches on children with specific learning difficulties” which has been published in the Asia Pacific Journal of Developmental Differences (APJDD).
