Bio About
Sharen has over 14 years of experience with diverse age groups, supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, Dyslexia, Dyscalculia, and other learning, behavioral, and social-emotional needs. She collaborates with multi-disciplinary teams to provide tailored interventions and has a proven track record of designing Individualised Goals (IG) and early intervention programs for children aged 18 months to 16 years in preschools and schools.
At Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Sharen leads initiatives to support neurodiverse students through evidence-based interventions, including ADHD screening, executive functioning assessments, and co-managing students with comorbid issues. She has facilitated workshops on time management, resilience, and inclusive pedagogy for both staff and students, fostering a supportive learning environment.
