Bio About
Nurizzah has been with the Dyslexia Association of Singapore (DAS) since February 2016. She provides literacy intervention for learners with dyslexia and other learning differences under the Main Literacy Programme and the PREP 2 PSLE programme. In addition, she conducts student profilings to assess learners’ strengths and needs for the P2P programme, and creates worksheets to support students in the PREP 2 PSLE curriculum.
Beyond the classroom, she actively engages parents through parent talks, where she helps parents better understand their child’s learning needs across the various components of Paper 2. She shares practical strategies and insights to support learning and reinforcement at home.
She has a strong interest in creating engaging and enjoyable learning experiences through the use of innovative resources. She is also passionate about fostering a love for reading, integrating educational technology and interactive books to enhance students’ literacy development.
