Bio About

Prior to joining DAS International as a Specialist Teacher, Nicole has been teaching children who need learning and behavioural support since 2010. With experience in both mainstream and Special Education schools, she has worked with students with a diverse range of needs such as children with ASD, ADHD, dyslexia, Cerebral Palsy, Down's Syndrome, Muscular Dystrophy, Global Developmental Delay and other rare genetic conditions. She believes that every child is different, and every child can learn - only if we know how to understand them, teach them, and unlock their full potential.

Testimonial

Testimonials from parents:

"Nicole knows exactly when to guide and when to step back, empowering my daughter to grow in confidence and independence. I have seen such positive progress—not just in her schoolwork, but in her overall happiness and self-esteem.

It is clear that Nicole genuinely cares and takes the time to connect, adapt, and support in meaningful ways. I feel incredibly fortunate to have Nicole as part of my daughter's educational journey."

"The progress my son has made is remarkable. Where he once disrupted class activities, he now shows consideration for others. It warms my heart to see him being polite and respectfully asking permission when playing with other children. These positive changes in his social interactions are a direct result of your skilled and compassionate teaching approach.

Your understanding of children with autism and your ability to create an inclusive, supportive learning environment have been invaluable. You’ve helped him develop essential social skills that will benefit him throughout his life. Your dedication has helped my son grow as a considerate young person who better understands how to interact with others."
