Bio About

Sandy Chia joined the Dyslexia Association of Singapore (DAS) as a Chinese Educational Therapist in June 2022. She has extensive experience teaching and supporting students with dyslexia and other co-occurring conditions, including ADHD.

Sandy believes that everyone has their own pace of growth and improvement. Rather than comparing ourselves with others, she encourages students to focus on their own progress—how much closer they have moved towards their personal goals. Every step forward, no matter how small, is worth recognising and celebrating.
