Valerie is a dedicated Lead Learning Support Educator with extensive experience working with preschool children with developmental delays under the Development Support and Learning Support programme. In her role, she leads a team of learning support educators in delivering tailored support programs within mainstream classrooms, ensuring that every child receives the individualized attention they need to thrive. In her expanded role as an Educational Therapy Professional, she delivers targeted literacy-based interventions for preschool children in both one-on-one pull-out sessions and within the classroom setting. She also collaborates with teachers to implement effective in-class support strategies that enhance learning outcomes.
