Elora is an experienced Early Intervention Teacher with over eight years of experience in the Early Intervention Programme for Infants and Children (EIPIC), supporting children from birth to seven years old with diverse developmental needs. She previously served as a Senior Early Intervention Teacher, where she mentored and coached fellow educators in effective classroom management, evidence-based intervention strategies, and best teaching practices.
Throughout her career, Elora has worked with children with a wide range of developmental profiles, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Global Developmental Delay (GDD), Speech and Language Delay, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, Dyslexia, and various genetic conditions. Her experience enables her to tailor interventions to each child's unique strengths and needs.
