Samunn joined DAS in 2008 as an Educational Therapist and rose to the position of Senior Educational Therapist. He holds a Master’s in Specific Learning Differences from London Metropolitan University. Since leaving DAS in 2022, he runs his own practice—Samunn’s Educational Therapy—in Sri Lanka, offering online and in-person support in literacy, numeracy, English, and maths for learners with dyslexia and other SpLDs. He also conducts webinars and workshops on Assistive Technology, UDL, and Design Thinking. Samunn has 37 years of experience teaching English as a Second Language.
